Homeless Person on Worlds End Place

Homeless Person on Worlds End Place

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood officers were able to assist the RBKC Outreach Workers in getting help for a homeless female who was around Worlds End Place.

They offer an invaluable service in assisting homeless people in our Borough.

If you see a homeless person then please offer help by contacting RBKC outreach team.

Street Population Outreach Team; telephone 020 7341 5210 or 020 7361 3008, 9am to 5pm or email Streetoutreach@rbkc.gov.uk.

You may just give the person the help they need.

Thank you.
